I love my life

I seriously love traveling around in a van with my friends and playing shitty shows for 25 kids. I hope to continue this and make it bigger and better. Last night's show was a real uplifter after a few mediocre shows. We shut the power off twice and both time kids were moaning and groaning that we had to stop. Nobody left. It was awesome. And then when we got towards the end of the set I was asking if we had time for one or two more and everyone was yelling two. It was a nice change from our last show when I was asked if we played breakdowns and after saying, "No, we're not that type of band," was asked if I was serious and once the kid got the point that I was he told me that we were gay.

So I drove to Ohio last nigh to see Means, Saints, and Solidarity. It was totally worth it. Hands down it was probably the best hardcore show that I have ever been to in my life.

I am at a good place right now. Things are going well and I'm picking up the slack in school. I feel like after plummeting last week at this time I am now on a high rise back to better things.

We got home from the show like 2 hours ago and for some reason got super slap happy. Somehow we ended up coming up with the idea to make Mackinaw a myspace. It rules.

The venue last night ruled. We played to the promoters but they were super cool and want us to come back for a way better show.

Today has been a good day!

I woke up in a great mood and got shit done. I feel a change! I'm happy.

Oh, and I randomly got a text today saying, "You better watch your back at all times...your butthole will never be safe again..."

Haha. Turns out it was Dustin. Gosh, I love that dude. I'll be seeing him in December hopefully a few days. It's gonna rule. Oh, and our foosball team (The Ginger Child Predators) is gonna do some more owning!
